The STIHL PowerChord Plus website at STIHLDealer.Net is a 5-page website
that displays STIHL’s full line of products on pages branded with
the Dealer’s name, logo, and contact information. Links from STIHL’s
Dealer and Product Locator direct consumers to dealer’s PowerChord
site.
New in 2009! STIHL Express, an online "shopping cart" that
allows consumers to purchase online for in-store pickup!
Program and Main Page Features:
- Unique Domain name provided by CDC•BME to better advertise
your site. Unless you request a "dot com" address, we will
register www.yoursite.us. Check the availability of your desired domain
name at www.netsol.com or www.godaddy.com
- Main Text/Store News Area — Use this expandable text
area beneath your Dealer Name to tell potential customers about your
business and your commitment to service after sales.
- Regional News — CDC and BME call attention to special
deals and promotions.
- Advertising "pods" routinely updated and coordinated with
Marketing Advantage campaigns.
- Searchable STIHL database that includes photos, product specifications,
and DSRP Pricing (dealer has option to turn pricing off).
- Turn on STIHL Express shopping module for online sales with in-store
pickup.
- Choose one of four Templates to change the look of your site seasonally.
- Choose up to 3 New Products to display in rollover popup boxes.
- Create a Link to your company’s main website.
- Choose up to 4 Featured Products to be displayed.
- Elite Dealer Logo automatically brands Elite Dealers.
- Collect consumer email addresses through your “Newsletter”

- CDC•BME periodically emails your consumers the “Lawn,
Garden, Tree & Turf Newsletter branded with the name of your business.
Dealers may also email their own newsletters.
- Add to Favorites — Allows customers to “bookmark”
your site in their Favorites folder for future access.
- Email a Friend — Consumers can send your site to anyone they
choose.
- Drop Down Display function shows product variations.
- Recommended Accessories Display available for certain products.

- Contact Us — Your dealership contact information is
here, as well as an email form customers can use to ask questions.
Be sure to check your email several times a week!
- Newsletter — Collects email addresses from your site
visitors who would like to receive your email newsletter.
